2 opposites need to work together to take on all the obstacles

The second part of the Fireboy and Watergirl game series is more interesting and adventurous than the last one. The game has more updated obstacles, and you will find yourself more engrossed in the game. We all know fire and water cannot mix, but what happens when they do? This game will make all the odds true, and you will see fire and water being friends and getting partnered up to get through any obstacle in their way.

Things will get more tricky throughout the game, and the nature of obstacles will get creative. There will be puzzles in the game that you have to solve to make way for fireboy and watergirl. Like in the first part, you have to play both the fireboy and watergirl to get to the next level. There will be buttons to press, levers to pull and mirrors to reflect throughout the game. Fireboy and Watergirl are trapped inside the light temple and the only way out is by sticking to each other. The game will not proceed further if the fireboy and watergirl both do not get through everything to get to the top. They both need each other every step of the way.

You have to collect diamonds in each level to get the highest grades. Some levels in the game will not be passed if you don't collect one certain diamond. It doesn't matter who collects the diamonds, but they are to be collected by both.

The game in itself is super calming and relaxing. You do not need to worry about any potential enemies to kill during the game because the only enemies are fire and water. Fire pools in the game can kill the watergirl and the water pools can kill the fireboy. There is also a certain green-coloured pool that can kill both of them. So you must know all your controls to easily jump over it so you do not get killed.

Fireboy and Watergirl are available on every device. You can play it on a PC or your mobile phone. But we suggest that you do not play the game on your phone because you may find the controller hard. Another disadvantage is that you can't play with anyone else if you are playing the game on the phone. But on PC, you can easily enjoy the game with some other person too. 

But if you do not have anyone else to play this game with, you can play alone all by yourself too. You can control fireboy and watergirl simultaneously with the help of keyboard controllers. The game may not be the best out of all the games available online, but it is a nice change from all the games that take all of your energy. This game is interesting too and will have you at the edge of your seat until you end it, but it will not suck the life out of you. 

You will have to help fireboy and watergirl escape the light temple and for this, you need to know how to control specific functions. The game is not that hard compared to the popular games nowadays, but it will undoubtedly have your full attention until you get to the very last of its level.

The game is so easy if you get used to all the controls. As you know already, Fireboy and Watergirl is a two-player game. It does not matter if you do not have any other person with whom you can play this game. You can play it all by yourself with two control buttons. Arrows control one character of the game and the other is controlled by WAD keys on the keyboard. Keep in mind that these controls are for PCs.

The game is quite similar to Forest Temple but with some more twists. The usual obstacles that you witnessed in the first part are there too. For instance, there will be buttons and levers present and each character has to stand on the button to let the other character run forward. A ledge will appear where the platform is missing so the character does not fall off and die in a pool. Levers will be used so the wall can disappear so the fireboy and the watergirl can run through the space. 

But now with the updated obstacles, it will be a little hard for fireboy and watergirl. There will be boxes that both of them have to push to jump onto a higher surface. Team power will be very important here. Another obstacle and puzzle that will keep the players interested will be the beams of light and the mirrors. The fireboy and watergirl have to let the lights reflect through the mirrors so their way gets opened for them to run forward. This puzzle is solved with a little bit of thinking but it is not impossible. 

Another bigger twist in the game is that you will have to try and try again for some levels to unlock. For instance, some levels in the game will have total darkness on the temple except for the characters. You will be able to see fireboy and watergirl only because they will have some light surrounding them. This will surely be a challenge for the players. You will have to play all your cards cautiously so you can pass the level. These levels will be hard and slow because you will not be able to see anything.

We can say that the game is amazing once you get to understand all of its controls and points. There will be timing for the game and if you can't pass the level in some time, you have to restart the whole level. One player's death will also cause you to restart the level. The pair of Fireboy and Watergirl cannot be broken in the game or else you will not be able to pass the levels. The game can make you challenging because it may be a chill game but that doesn't mean it does not ask for all your energy. You have to put your everything into achieving the hard levels. 

Fireboy and Watergirl: The Light Temple has good graphics and overall a great criteria for the game. You will find yourself enjoying the game throughout, and even the people watching the game with you will have their full attention to the game. The game looks promising, although it does have some drawbacks. But who denies fun? Because this game is every type of fun, you are looking for in a game.
